When the journal faces suspected cases of research and publication misconduct such as redundant (duplicate) publication, plagiarism, or fabricated data, changes in authorship, an undisclosed conflict of interest, ethical problems with a submitted manuscript, a reviewer who has appropriated an author’s idea or data, complaints against editors, and so on, the resolution process will follow the flowchart provided by the COPE The discussion and decision on the suspected cases are carried out by the Editorial Board.

Criteria for Authorship

- Substantial contributions to the conception or design of the work; or the acquisition, analysis, or interpretation of data for the work; AND
- Drafting the work or revising it critically for important intellectual content; AND
- Final approval of the version to be published; AND
- Agreement to be accountable for all aspects of the work in ensuring that questions related to the accuracy or integrity of any part of the work are appropriately investigated and resolved.

1. Manuscript and revised manuscript should be submitted online at the homepage (https://magnetics.or.kr/submission/journal/) with copyright transfer form and author’'s check list in the form of a single file. 2. Submission of a paper will be taken to imply that it represents original work not previously published, and that it is not being considered elsewhere for publication.
3. Upon acceptance of a paper, the author(s) should be aware that the Korean Magnetics Society will hold the copyright of the paper.

All manuscripts considered for publication are subject to peer review and the established technical and editorial standards.Every manuscript is reviewed by two peer reviewers.Third reviewer is additionally selected if the reject is suggested by one’'s reviewer.

After the acceptance of the paper, author(s) are requested to submit an electronic file containing the final version of the paper. Authors will receive page proofs (including figures) by e-mail or FAX for correction, which must be returned to the publisher within two days of receipt. Only typographical errors may be corrected.

If the manuscript is accepted for publication, publication charge of Korean Won 250,000 for domestic member and US dollars 250 for foreigner normally upto 5 journal pages should be paid by the corresponding author before printing. And for more than 5 journal pages there will be additional page charge of Korean Won 10,000 or US dollars 10 per page.

The copyright and the transfer right or the digital content of published paper and journal is owned by the Korean Magnetics Society.

The Manuscript, including the abstract, references, and figure captions should be neatly typed in English, double spaced on A4 size (210 × 297 mm) or letter size 21.6 × 28 cm (8.5 × 11 in.) page. They should include the figures. All pages are to be numbered in a single sequence beginning with the title and abstract pages.

The name, address, telephone, FAX number, and e-mail address of the correspondence author should be included in the manuscript file. Proofs will be sent by the publisher to this address, unless specifically requested otherwise.

1. Title: The title should be concise but sufficient enough to inform the contents. Initial letter of each word should be capitalized.

2. Abstract and keywords: The abstract of 100-150 words should contain all the substance of the methods and the results achieved, and several (3~6) keywords.

3. Address: The name(s) of the author(s) and the name and address of the institution where the research work has been done should be indicated on the manuscript.

4. Figures: Each fIgure should be supplied in a separate electronic file. Figure files in TIFF, GIF, or JPEG format with fine resolution are preferred. Figures created by using graphics softwares such as Photoshop, Powerpoint and Excel are acceptable. Each figure should have an Arabic number and a captions should be collected on a separate page. The appropriate place of a figure should be indicated in the text. Only English is allowed in the figures and captions.

Color plates: Illustrations can be printed in color when they are necessary. The Author will be asked the extra costs involved.

5. Formulae: Displayed formulae should be numbered and typed. Symbols, superscript, and subscript in any formulae should be written in italics (ex. Hs, Br, T, x). Units should be one spaced with numbers, and chemical symbols and units should be erectly typed. (ex. 10 Oe, 100 emu/g)

6. Tables: Tables should be typed on separate sheets. Each table should have a Roman number and a caption. The appropriate places for the insertion of the tables should be indicated in the text. Only English is allowed in the tables and captions.

7. References: References to other papers should be consecutively numbered in solid bracket, e.g., [1-5] in the text and should be listed by number, preferably as in the

8. Headings: Set numbered headings to the center, with an initial letter capitalized and bold faces. (e.g. 1. Introduction)
